This 12th floor condo in Ocean Blue Condominiums has over 2800 sq feet of living space and stretches the full width of the building from the ocean side to the street side. With 5 bedrooms, 4 baths there is plenty of room to spread out! Bedrooms can sleep up to 13 comfortably with 1 king, 4 queens and 3 twin beds.
With the spacious open floor plan, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and double oven there is plenty of space for large gathering and making memories! With the extra den/movie room and 5 bedrooms there is also plenty of space to get away for a moment of peace! The options are endless!
The ocean side balcony boosts a 35 ft long, 300sq ft of gathering space to experience the breathtaking sunrises, watch the dolphins and other wildlife or to just relax and soak it all in! The second Drive side balcony is smaller but perfect for watching the sunset!
If relaxing is not on your agenda, then you can explore the onsite indoor pool, lazy river or jacuzzi as well as the outdoor pool and beach walk over with 2 showers.

*No Pets of any kind *** If any animal is brought into the condo without being a verified service dog your stay will be immediately terminated without a refund***
**Service dogs: Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times- therefore the animal must be under control by the handler at all times -never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.
In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent

* No motorcycles, RV's, trailers, or vehicle top luggage (parking garage is a max of 7 ft)
*Noise ordinance is from 8pm to 8am
*Wrist bands must be worn at all times while at the pools (wrist bands provided)
*No boxes or glass to be put down trash chute (separate canister for glass disposal, place boxes and glass on floor in trash chute closet

**We have one of the best parking spots in the garage! But note that only 2 cars are permitted per booking, one parking spot in the 1201 assigned parking spot and 1 visitor parking spot** additional parking on street and next door for a fee.
**If anything is accidently broken, please let us know, we know things happen from time to time but we cannot fix or replace it if we are not aware**
